The Aerodrome-Willowbrook has a Fitness Center in the upstairs viewing room. The
Fitness Center includes state of the art Cardio equipment (treadmills, stairsteppers,
exercise cycles, etcetera), Weight Training equipment (Cybex circuit machines),
and weight benches with free weights. The Fitness Center also features full length
mirrors on three walls and bright neon lights around the room.
The Aerodrome's Conditioning Coach & Fitness Trainer is Sara Kujawa. Sara has
owned and operated her own fitness club for 15 years and possesses a wealth of experience
and numerous certifications. Sara is leading both group conditioning and fitness
classes and providing personal training sessions.

Proper fitness attire and shoes are required at all times. Fitness attire must be
modest (no mid-riffs, no cut offs, no ripped shirts).

**Youth members (10-17) may also workout during adult hours with parent member.

**Youth ages 10 - 14 are required to take Form & Safety Class before working
on equipment.
**Minimum height requirement to use equipment is 4'10".
